Greetings all,

As some of you know, Tony and I have been managing the home care for his 93-year-old mom in State College, PA. On one of our trips a few months ago, while we were attending St. Paul’s Methodist Church, there was discussion of a mission trip to Nicaragua. Feeling so blessed in my life, I decided to put my body “where my mouth is,” and join the mission team. As a result, I will be flying into Nicaragua on January 20^th for 7 days.

What will we be doing? Whatever is needed, which includes helping children prepare for school, provide them with clothing, school supplies, teaching sewing. There will be some construction projects at the El Salero Sports Center which offers kids a safe place to play.

What can you do? First, offer prayers for safe travel, support for our team and safety while in Nicaragua. Second check out the website www.razoo.com and see how you can be involved.
